He developed the web projects: 'War Frames': www.cyberrex.org/z; 'A Question': www.cyberrex.org/1; video works and video installations: ‘L’origine du Monde’, 1997; * (A Symbol, Red Star is the Title of This Work), 1999; ‘Death in Dallas’, 2001; 'Nothing but Net', 2003… Naskovski participated in Dutch Electronic Art Festival - Rotterdam, 2000; Transmediale.02 - Berlin, 2002; Impakt Festival – Utrecht, 2003; Dallas Video Festival – Dallas, TX, USA and on many exhibitions in Berlin, Stockholm, Vienna, Paris, Rome, Barcelona, Madrid… including the recent 'The American Effect' at the Whitney Museum in New York and 'November 22, 1963: Image, Memory, Myth' at the Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh. Piotr KrajewskiPiotr Krajewski born in 1956. Graduated in theory of culture at the University of Wroclaw. Co-founder of Open Studio Co-operative (1988) – an independent organization devoted to media art and artistic communication. Founder of WRO Center for Media Art (1998) artistic director of WRO International Media Art Biennale. Curator of numerous art events and exhibitions in Poland and abroad. His recent curatorial contribution includes: Emoçao Art.ficial exhibition and sympossium at Itaú Cultural, Sao Paulo, Brasil (August/October 2002); art in public space series of events at Kunsthalle Vienna, Austria (September-October 2002), International Biennale Video-Zone, Tel Aviv, Israel (November 2002); transmediale03, Berlin (Februar 2003), EMAF, Osnabrueck, Germany (April 2004). Author and commissioner (together with Violetta Krajewska) of art programs for Channel 2 of Polish State TV and numerous publications in art magazines and catalogues. |
