Deadline for submissions expired on October 10th. Next open call will be in July/August 2009.
All works that arrive to our address until October 25th will be officially previewed
and considered for the programme.

criteria for submission

Theme and Form: There are no fixed criteria concerning work theme or form. The only works the selection committee will not consider are those containing any kind of offensive or aggressive message/content. The submitted works should be produced in 2006, 2007 or 2008.

Costs and shipping

Due to the limited budget, we can't provide screening fees or cover the travel expenses for the participants. In certain cases, we might cover travel costs for live performances. The Festival is providing accommodation in Novi Sad for participants who wish to attend.

Costs for sending preview and screening copies are to be paid by the sender. Shipping is made at the risk of the sender; shipment has to contain the following remark: For cultural purposes only, tape/dvd - temporary loan for the festival; value=0 euro. The packages whose customs declaration forms have been filled out differently will not be accepted! Please do not send previews by courier services – no additional cost will be covered by the festival. All competitors will receive a free copy of the festival catalogue. Return expenses for the screening copy and the festival catalogue will be covered by the festival. Screening copies will be returned no later than three months after the festival has finished; organizers will use the address submitted below, so make sure to inform us if there are any changes; otherwise we are not responsible for any loss or damage!

Deadlines

Selection committee will make the final selection no later than October 20th and will inform you immediately upon doing so. If your work is selected for the competitive programme, we might request a screening copy from you.

Agreement

Please use one application per entry piece. Each entry is a sort of agreement and it is necessary to follow the submission procedure:

Submit one copy of the entry online
For all video/film submissions send signed hardcopy of entry form - after you fill out the online form the printable version will be loaded in your browser -
Printed entry is not necessary for media installations | network | live projects submissions. If you upload your video documentation and all the necessary info through online form than you don't need to send anything by post.
